Germany: Annual CPI unchanged at 0.8% in September

FXStreet (Łódź) - According to preliminary data released today by Destatis, German annual inflation was unchanged from the previous month at 0.8% in September, as expected. On a monthly basis German CPI remained flat at 0%, against forecasts of dropping 0.1%.

Year-over-year German HICP remained at 0.8%, above forecasts of +0.7%. Month-on-month HICP was steady at 0%, against expectations of -0.1%.
