USD/CHF comes back below 0.88
FXStreet (Moscow) - USD/CHF turned around after reaching 0.8820 area on Wednesday, sliding to 0.8790 low by the moment.
Waiting for American catalysts
The broad-based sell-off of the USD helped the Swissy to resume the rise breaking below 0.88 support by the moment. The pair has no catalysts for today, except for several second-tier reports from the USA. The initial jobless claims for the week ended April, 12 and the April Philadelphia Fed index are coming during American session. As for the former, the recent trend has shown signs of downward move, and we can see development of such trend further out. However, only the significant deviation from forecasts may trigger impressive moves in the pair. The downside is limited by 0.8759 support level, and the upside – by the resistance at 0.8838.
